Mac n' Cheese Showdown.

So my girl Kristin is having a "Mac n' Cheese" themed birthday party, and it's about to be a cook-off. I was sure I'd take home the trophy with a recipe from Delilah, aka "mac n' cheese queen" that won Oprah's taste test. But...then I started to think maybe I'd have a better chance at glory if I submitted an entry in the "other" category, with the Meatloaf Muffins I blogged a while back. Y'all know food, so you be the judge.
