Pretty Mini Lamps

These are really pretty parchment shades that fit over any wine glass with a tea light in it. Awesome for a party at night, but they sell 3 for $20, which is kindof a rip. I bet you could make them right? The patters are just a darker white...maybe you could stencil it on with white paint?
