Let's Talk About Mole

Mole does not photograph well. But it tastes awesome (thanks for the yummy dinner Honey!). This sauce takes about 35 minutes to put together and then another hour to bake with the chicken, but it's worth it. If you are trying to shorten the cooking time I'd make the sauce the night before so that all you have to do is pop it in the oven.
