Meat Loaf Muffins! - ?

They're no Meatloaf Volcano, but I'm still finding the idea of meatloaf muffins delightful. Don't judge: meats can come in all shapes and sizes. Perhaps this is a good idea for wendi's wedding buffet? BAH!
